It's a brand new 2024 electric XP 3.0, it's all black with some blue highlights and blue writing. It sits on 20 inch rims its pedal assist but also has full Throttle capability and it has a small chip. In the frame on the top part of the frame between your legs in the blue area where I dropped my lock on it. And made a pencil eraser size chip.also the model # is 401-00878-8101 and lastly the white reflectors on the rims are removed so no reflectors on rims.
