Bike was parked at a street-facing city-installed rack. Stolen by a 50s Black Male wearing a black jacket with one white horizontal stripe and a black baseball cap with white logo headed East on the North Side of Wisconsin Ave at 1:43 PM Friday, 8 March 2024.
