There is a very distinct bell which is gold lego looking character wearing a lime green cap. Also the tires are studded winter tires and are reflective. There are no mud guards and the chain is in really rough shape.

The bicycle was locked using a thick chain and master lock using a key. I locked it up when arriving at work at the hospital at 08:30 and upon returning at the end of the day at 16:15 I saw the chain was there but my bicycle and lock were missing.
