My Lectric XP Step-Thru 3.0 Black eBike was in a bike rack in the lower garage of Westview Apartments in Irvine, CA. It was locked to the bike rack with a chain combination bike lock. The key was not in the bike, as I purposefully wanted to prevent theft. The bike has a Moved By Bikes Surfboard rack attached to it. The back rack of the bike scuffed up the frame, so you will see a lot of scuffs / paint removed from the back rack.
