My bike was stolen in front of Nordstrom (500 Port of New Orleans Pl Suite 245, New Orleans, LA 70130)at 3.10 pm on December 28, 2023. The security office has the footage. It's a black man with a black hoodie, hat, red pants, and shoes. My bicycle also has a Tulane University permit sticker 7319 on the bike.
