When was the last time you saw the item(s)? I parked my scooter at the back door of the store Starbucks at the sidewalk. The last time I saw my scooter it was around 630 pm . At 8:00 pm my scooter was stolen. (November 4) Where exactly was the item(s) that was stolen? At the back door of Starbucks M ST NW - 1209 34th St NW. It was locked with my cable lock chain at the parking sign. How. do you believe the person(s) may have had access to the item(s)? The thief he cut my chain - also my scooter has key lock switch in order to start. He couldn't drive it. He pushed my scooter towards his place.
