Distinguishing features
It is an older vintage road bicycle, an Orange/Copper color all over the frame/forks.
The tires are noticeably older in their look, and last time I checked were so flat you couldn't ride the bike without damaging the rims/spokes. The bike is also noticeably older/vintage.
It has drop handlebars covered in white tape. The brakes need to be tightened as they don't work great.
There is a small troll doll dangling from the back of the seat.

Description of incident
Bike was left in my storage space near my parking spot in the parking garage for my apartment building. This parking lot is locked from both entrances and requires either a key, someone who has access to the building with a key, or a very physically fit person to climb the gates, to access.
