Ladies dark red Breezer Uptown 8. Has built-in lock that prevents the wheels from moving so would have had to be carried off after cable was cut.. I have a key for that lock. Also has a distinctive rack for a clip-in basket (which I have), pedal power-generated front and rear lights, has Breezer logo in white on the stem and metal carry rack on the back.
