Bike locked to street sign at 9pm near park at corner of Royal and Frenchman on Royal St. Came back to bike at midnight and lock was cut and left - clean cut via tool. 2 NOPD officers conversing on corner - asked for help reporting. They told me to call 8th District to report after the holiday.
