stolen 2004 Specialized Roubaix Elite 27

This bike was stolen from a secure garage in a secured building. A neighbor's bike was also stolen from the building the day before. There is currently thought in the building that outside dog walkers, who often have noticeably nice bikes/messenger style bikes and who also have keys to the unit(s) they walk as well as the building key to get into the garage, are the number #1 suspect right now. In the attached photo, it should be noted that the aerobars were removed at the time the bike was taken.
