Unknown when exactly bicycle was stolen, but could have been stolen between the dates of 9/15/2011 and 10/28/2011. I discovered my bicycle stolen on 10/28/2011 at 6:00 pm with my broken padlock beneath where my bicycle was previously locked up in the parking garage of my apt complex at "10th @ Hoyt Apartments". The parking garage is locked so they must have broken into the complex somehow. Unknown perpetrator. Reward: 100
