stolen 2011 Novara Verita

The bike is in great condition. There is a scrape in the paint along the front fork. There are clips on the handlebars and on the seat post for bike lights (I had the lights with me so it is just the plastic clips). The bike has silver fenders and a silver Planet Bike back rack. Standard pedals - no cages or clips. Two silver water bottle holders. My bike was parked and locked in front of La Spiga. I was waiting to meet some friends. I turned around and saw someone cut the lock, hop onto my bike and ride away. By the time I got outside he was gone. He was riding towards Madison. Dark coat, jeans, in his 20's did not get a good look at him.
