stolen 2008 SCOTT Sportster

This is a near-new bicycle. It had a headlight and tail light, a pump, a water bottle holder, and a rack on the back but I imagine that may all be removed.Our parking garage was broken and had to remain open on July 9 & 10. I think the bike was stolen then.I'm a professional artist and can't offer much for its return, but I'd be more than happy to create a digital painting or physical paint-and-canvas painting for the person who brings this back to me.Slight edit July 16: I checked the exact dates the garage was open.
