MALE road bike w/ drop down handle and triathlon bars. Scratched at bars from previous falls.Bike was locked up and parked near the Ferry building at the bike racks, near that Amtrak station. After lunch, upon returning to the bike rack, the cord for the lock was cut and the bike was stolen.
