this is a titanium commuter bike with a belt driven rohloff hub and a schmidt SON dynamo that were attached with keyed skewers.the frame has a relatively unique break in the drive side seat stay that's very subtle and can be seen as a bolt underneath the hood of the dropout that enters the seat stay. to my knowledge, only myself and TiCycles use this design. There are some very identifiable traits of this frame that should help despite its lack of serial.extremely long head tube (205mm) with 45mm of extension above the top of the top tube. both the chain and seat stays have curved bridges with a 5x.8 threaded boss for fenders. not many ti bikes have curved bridges and few accommodate fenders.
