stolen Jamis coda

My bike is a Jamis Coda Comp ( http://www.jamisbikes.com/usa/thebikes/street/coda/10_codacomp.html ). It is that grey-blue color pictured on that website. It has a carbon fork. The handlebars have been replaced with bullhorn handlebars (similar to this http://velospace.org/files/t_DSC01495.JPG ). The brake levers are bolted on in a weird way to the handlebars. The gear shifters are held onto a piece of wood by zip-ties. The wood is zip-tied to the headset/handlebars. I attached a black rear rack.
