stolen 2000 BikeE recumbents

Red EVG ebike. rear wheel motor hub. equipped with head and tail lights, rear rack with shopping style bags. The rear wheel was locked with a U-lock. I removed the battery pack so it couldn't be ridden. It weighs approximately 65 lbs. The thief removed the front wheel and left it behind. A red ebike with no front wheel or battery pack doesn't have much value except for parts. I left an ownership document in a handle bar mounted utility bag on the bike and I found no other proof of ownership except a Visa card sales receipt.
