The bike saddle bag contains 1 spare tube, 1 red Allen wrench set, 1 green patch kit, and 1 set of 3 black tire levers. The bike is very new, less than 300 miles. The pedals are more worn than the rest of the bike but still black. I'm not sure what the serial number is but I'm trying to find it in my records now.
