Thieves scaled the alley gate behind my rowhouse and used bolt cutters to cut a large eyebolt that was anchored into concrete with the bike locked to it. It all happened between 12:20 AM and 12:45 AM on Tuesday, August 6, 2013. Police responded before 1:00 AM but found no useful clues.
