stolen State Bicycle Co. Jemson

handle bar tape is kinda ripped, is a little bit fixed with black cable tape. It has multiple scratches on forks, top tube,seat stay. Front brake, seat is lightly ripped n the side. It has a handle bar bottle holder on the right hand side. One of the reflector on the pedals is missing. it had a brown bracelet attached. two back light one front light but only the back (big red) light worked. From the handle bars one tube plug is missing.
