stolen 2012 Trek 8.3

Bike was locked up to bike rack outside of the gallery on Pratt and Light Streets in the inner harbor at approximately 12:15 in the afternoon. I came out of the mall about a half hour later and the bike was gone. It appeared that the thief had found a way to remove the bike rack from the ground in order to slip the cable off. Basically the rack was rigged for theft! I still can’t believe no one saw a thing. It’s a brand new duel sport bike, with a white and black seat and a white and black frame. It’s only a few days old and it was a birthday gift. Please, if anyone has any info, contact me. My family is offering a reward.
