stolen 80 Free Spirit Greenbriar

It is a ladies bike; the frame is diagonal instead of horizontal. It looks just like the picture except the handlebars and seat are black. The gears are levers in the middle of the handlbars. The left lever is missing the label for High & Low. It has a cable lock on the handle bars and a u-shaped lock under the seat. It has some scratches on the body that have been painted over with a different color green. There are a total of 3 lights that I added to the bike...one front and two back. I just put a gel pad seat cover on the seat.
