stolen 2010 Norco Bikes Frasen

My commuter Norco road bike was u-locked to a bike rack in the parking lot of a local diner and bar. I left it over night and came back the next early evening to get it and it was gone. The bartender remembers seeing it at the end of his shift. So most likely the theft was anywhere between 3:30am-early hours.
