Distinguishing features
fixie style (black tires, LIME GREEN V DEEP RIMS, lime green peddles, lime green chain, black & lime green frame and lime green drop bars) was stolen from Circle K on Ramona and Cogswell, El Monte. Last I saw the boy (about 16,17 dark hispanic, 5'7, black shirt with a collared white under shirt, tan shorts, white shoes and short black hair) take off on Ramona (towards baldwin park) then made a left on Maxson.
