stolen 90 Cannondale 3.0

When i had my bike last, it had white bar tape and a black Vetta seat on it. The cable on the top tube was white The wheels were quick release 700cc with continental tires on them. The back tire was in poor condition and fraying around the valve so much that the tube was visible. I had black plastic toe clips on the pedals. The pedals were black with reflective orange plastic on the edges. The stem was painted black. On the top tube decal, the second 'n' in 'Cannondale' was scrached off on one side. I don't recall all of the components that were on my bike, but i know some were Shimano.
