stolen Soma Doublecross

I've never seen this before but the thief or thieves used a drill bit to dismantle the whole bike rack from the concrete. When I arrived to the location the rack was separate from the concrete and leaning up against a fence w/ my helmet and the lug nuts nicely placed next to it. I have pictures of that.
