This is a brand new Cannondale Quick Rigid. The stickers have been removed from the wheels. There is a black rack on the back for bags and it has a new seat that is larger and soft. This bike was purchased less then a week ago so it really has no identifiably marks. It is brand new. Taken from the corner of Couch and 10th street in NE portland.
