My beloved Gary Fisher Rig 29er single speed was stolen from outside of Cliffs Hardware store in the Castro, San Francisco on Jan 30 2013 around 7:45 PM (on castro st between market and 18th). It was locked to a post in a busy area and gone in 15 minutes, no one saw anything :(Police report # 130086150 was filed with San Francisco PD Company D - Mission. This was my main form of transportation to work and I would sincerely appreciate any help in locating and recovering it.The Fisher bike is "rootbeer" brown/terra cotta in color and reads "Gary Fisher" in white. It has an aftermarket EVO welded aluminum basket/front handlebar (hefty one piece) and is probably most easily spotted by this unique basket if it hasn't been removed. If you see it, please contact me and/or the SF police 415-558-5400 or 415-553-0123 as soon as possible. The police advise to contact them instead of approaching the person with the bike as they may be dangerous and try to harm or rob you. Thank you so much for helping me to locate and recover it! I sincerely appreciate it. PS if you prefer to remain anonymous when reporting, call 415-552-4558 or txt 847411 (TIP411). type "sfpd" then type your tip. "Investigative units will have an Internet-capable computer at their disposal and will be able to text back and forth with the tipster based on a randomly assigned ID number that the system, provided by Citizen Observer, Inc., supplies. The ID number is wholly confidential and is maintained in the company's server."more info here: http://www.sf-police.org/index.aspx?page=41 Platinum Series 6066 butted & hydroformed aluminum, eccentric BB, cold-forged dropouts, G2 29" Geometry
