many paint chips, converted to a single speed (47/17),replacement front fork chrome and silver spray paint,new sealed bottom bracket, Sakae cranks, Nitto headset, newer black bullhorn bars with mismatched brake levers facing opposite directions(left side -DiaCompe, right side older Lampert(?), black and grey saddle, lights front and back, rear fender (plastic, black w/ yellow accents), Alex R450 rims (black) with very worn Nokian tires
