My car was parked along the Metra tracks at approximately 3655 N Ravenswood. My new bike had never been used outside- it was only 1 month old. It was locked onto my car bike rack. They cut off the bike rack and stole the bike. This happened sometime between 8:15am-5pm. Daylight hours.
