Theft description: My bike was locked to a front pole on the steps leading up to an apartment building, 229 Constitution Ave NE. I came down this morning (10/26/13) before noon to find only my U-Lock and front wheel had been left. There are cops stationed at the intersection of 2nd and Constitution who said they didn't see anything so who ever took it may have put it in a truck or went the other way towards Penn, Eastern Market, or maybe ever H street. It is a forest green Sirrus Specialized Hybrid. The RX saddle is cushy and it has a LED light on the handle bars. Specialized A1 Premium Aluminum, fully manipulated butted tubing, integrated lower bearing, fender/rack eyelets
