stolen 70 Huffy Regatta?

It's a dark green three-speed Huffy, several decades old. The seat is wide and tan leather. It has got a bell in the shape of a hamburger on the handlebar (probably screwed off by whoever took it). It is missing most of its reflectors. It also has a sticker saying it was made in Dayton, Ohio. Over the back wheel, there's a book trap. Both wheels have fenders/mud guards. Thank you for any help!
