stolen Jamis Coda

I left my bike on a westbound 19 busline, I got off at 5th and Harrison (PSU Bookstore)and just plum forgot I had my bike with me until I got to a bike rack. I went to Trimet lost & found around 4pm that day 10/16/13 but they said it wouldn't make it back until the bus returned to the garage that night after its final run. My bike never made it to lost & found so somebody must have stolen it. I am pretty sure I added a distinguishing dot mark with nail polish under the seat of my bike, but that would have been three years ago when I purchased it.
