stolen Trike Tristar

This is a adult's tricycle, belonging to my brother, a Down's Syndrome man, who rides it 4 hours a day 5 days a week. It was stolen from our back yard and ridden away Sunday evening. One neighbor saw the bike being ridden away, but the American flag that it usually had on it had been broken off and thrown in a yard by the alley.
