It was purchased at Bike n Hike on SE Grand, and is registered for life-long tire maintenance there, so it has a Bike n Hike sticker on the frame denoting that it is registered there.I saw the guy who stole it. He is a white male somewhere in his 20's. I chased after him for about 7 blocks but ended up losing him around SW Naito down by the waterfront.
