stolen 2008 Cannondale Synapse

This is a female road bike. It is very bright green. It had a small pump attached to the frame and had an under seat bag with a universal took and spare tube kit. The handle bar wrap had come loose and I had not replaced it yet. The wrap was black. It also had some left over race stickers on it.
