Locked (2 cable locks) to bike rack at front entrance of Lincoln Park Zoo, busy Sunday afternoon, lots of foot traffice, both locks cut off and thief also tried to steal husband's bike which was attached to kid's bike trailer, cut lock off that then apparently fled since only my bike was taken
