My bike was locked to the fence pole outside my house. The lock was cut.It was new, had a small rip in the right side handle bar tape, and the left side handle bar tape was a little loose. The paint was chipped on the cross bar and there was a yellow scratch on the left side of the fork.It also had detachable black plastic fenders on both wheels. I also put my own pedals on it.
