Distinguishing features
This is an older Fuji Steel bike with at least 18 gears. Bike had a black folding bike basquet on the right side, a red oval shaped Cat-EYE brand blinking tail light, old style metal toe clips with straps, handle bars that are the upward variety curving towards the driver, taped handle bar, front handle bar bracket for removal LED headlight. The police officer who took the report is listed in this notice. Officer Mendoza will notify the party if the bicycle is recovered
