I registered my bike with them (filled out the registry card and put it in the mail), but apparently that was kind of a waste of time. They told me that the serial number registry that they offered when you purchased their product was really just a "marketing gimmick". _ “Registrations are purged after 5 years and unfortunately we don’t have record of your registration. We are sorry that we aren’t able to assist.”
