stolen 2012 Schwinn Tourist

The seat is not the factory seat - I think the new seat is Sefras. There was a shelf/rack and a clip on basket over the rear tire. The rear tire is missing its reflector. My bike is registered with the National Bike Registry and the sticker is underneath the crossbar.
