Front wheel and seat, was stolen prior to a the bike being stolen itself. I replaced it with a different tire that didn't match the back tire, and bought a new seat in gray color.

After the manager of the apartment complex reviewed the camera footage, they let me know that it seems that the perpetrator observed and attempted to steal the bike at first on Friday October 27. After failing, they prepared tools and made another attempt on Monday October 30th at around 4:45 am. They used tools to detach the bike railing, to which my bicycle was secured, from the ground. They succeeded and left with the bike still attached to the railing with my lock. The incident took little time, and was over at around 4:48 am on the same day. The perpetrator was an African American wearing all black at the time of the incident. He arrived on a bicycle, parked it, left with my bicycle, then some time later came back for his bicycle and left.
