I kept the bike in the basement of my apartment. It could have been stolen two weeks ago, when I was away for the holidays. I just noticed that it was missing today because I had to do laundry in the basement and didn't see it in its spot. The bike had been locked to itself - I stuck the chain through the front wheel. Anyone who removed the bike would have had to be in the apartment and would have needed two people to move it.
