I discovered my bike was missing at 11:30am on 10/31/23 when I first missed it. The bike was locked to the solid 2-inch thick railing along with many other bikes in front of the elevator of the DWG building on Antonienstrasse, Building No. 12. The last time I left it there was the day before and it was securely locked.
