I was checking the surf down at Brookhurst by the Jettie. I got off my bike on the sand and left the Bike 5 ft behind me. I turned back and noticed a gentleman get off his beach cruiser which was purple. I didn't think anything of it. I turned back 5 minutes later, he left his bike and took mine
