Distinguishing features
All black juiced Hyper Scorpion. The tail light / small license plate frame is broken as well as the back turn signal. The battery has black tape around it as I had to replace it due to someone stealing the original one.

Description of incident
Was locked up at Growler Guys. When I came back in the morning the bike was gone and chain was cut and left.
