Cherry Red Electric Bike was stolen out front of Elixir Kava Bar in Hollywood Florida at 8:46PM. It was locked to the light post in full view of the front of the bar that was still open. Man who stole it is medium size, Hispanic looking, balding in the front. Got some images from the surveillance camera from Elixir management.
