stolen 2022 Rad Power Bikes Rad runner plus

Michael William "Wyll" Green locked his Rad Runner on the same rack before heading into work. At 4:00 when he left work he saw his bike had be stolen and my bike, (same model, different color) was locked on the other side of the rack. He returned inside, said "someone tried to steal his bike" got a saw and stole my bike. He then rode it to work the next 3 days. His supervisor had my serial number and told him it was not his bike. He then left work "sick" at 9:30am on Friday, exited via the back door with the bike. He claims he turned the bike into a policeman while the courthouse was closed (video evidence proves this was a lie). The bike has not been seen since. It is all on video with multiple eyewitnesses.
