Description of incident
bike was locked at the bike rack outside my building, came out in the morning bike was gone. bike has/had a custom one of a kind decal on the crossbar ( HARDLY DAVIDSON, WITH AN EAGLE SHOWING ITS MUSCLES), also has/had 2 crossbar storage bags.
