11/24 Update: My bike has been posted on Facebook Marketplace (https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/837869884802043/ ) under the seller profile of "Hoa Huu Le" ( https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100094053105546 ). Photos of the changes made to my bike/seller's posting are in the photo section with comparison photos of my bike when I first purchased it for reference. Everything lines up with it being my bike- the unique color, the size, the damage congruent with where the lock was cut, the marks of adhesive where I had stickers, the seat foldy lock housing without a lock, even the percentage of charge left on the bike (when I left locked it up at 10 am on 11/21 it had only ~54% battery left, at the time of the photo taken someday (@ 235 am) between then and the time of the posting, the battery shows only 21%), in the photo It has been given a crap red paint job on parts of the frame. The housing for my lock is still on the bike, and it appears he damaged the right side of the rear rack posts when he cut the lock off (the lock had been cut off from the right side of the bike). Multiple attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful by multiple people; he changed the status to "sold," but the bike remains on FB Marketplace....so who knows? I fully support anyone who wants to see if they can get an address/meet-up with this guy...he has a ton of other (most likely stolen) bikes at his apt/photo locations (he inexplicably posted a random photo of other bikes in the same location with my bike's add). UW police have been of no help, nor have Seattle PD. Stolen on 11/21/2023 from UW bike house A07 (student card access only) along the burke-gilman trail by the health sciences buildings: The bike was locked up with a seaty foldy lock in a UW secure bike house in the morning, when I came back at the end of the day, the bike was gone and the lock was cut and left on the ground.
